Heather on Education Alternatives

An Education Alternative

An Education Alternative

Should every child go to college in the traditional way?  If not, what alternatives are there for high school students these days?  Or kids who just graduated high school, don’t want to go to a four year school, and are interested in doing one of the vocational-technical trades?

In this episode, Heather Cordasco instructs us on other approaches to answer these questions.  In the process, we learn some new and interesting things about the Hampton Roads economy.  Manufacturing disappearing in America?  We have manufacturing plants in our own back yard.  Who knew?

Of course, we also talk local, state, and national politics because that’s what we do here.
