Good Moring Virginia For USA! This morning, Thursday February 4th, the Virginia Legislature is voting on HB-193. This bill sunsets the COPN (Certificate of Public Need) laws currently on the books in Virginia. Some (including myself) see the COPN laws as government over-regulation. Repealing them will increase patient access to health care, reduce costs, and provide more services such as MRI and CT scans.
